2008 | SST SOLAR
In 2008, Mathias Muther and his business partner Renan Sen founded the company SST Solar GmbH, which produces and installs solar thermal collectors.
2014 | AEROCOMPACT
In 2014, Mathias Muther then founded Aerocompact GmbH in Austria and Aerocompact Inc in Phoenix, USA, together with Renan Sen. In 2016, Mathias Muther sold his shares in SST Solar to Renan Sen, who in turn sold his shares in Aerocompact to Mathias Muther, meaning that both entrepreneurs acquired 100% of the shares in each company.
Until 2023, Mathias Muther owned 100% of the company. Currently, the Mathias Muther Foundation retains 40% ownership, while 60% has been sold to the Trilantic Investment Fund.
2016 | EMJU GMBH
In 2016, Mathias Muther founded the company emju GmbH, with which he continues to build, buy and develop various real estate projects to this day.
2022 | FOUNDATION
2022 Mathias Muther establishes the private foundation and integrates all companies into it.
2022 | SENAFIN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT GMBH
In 2022, Mathias founded Senafin Capital Management GmbH, which is the investment arm of the Mathias Muther Family Office. Senafin Capital Management GmbH is wholly owned by a family office. Serving as the investment arm of the family office, Senafin Capital primarily engages in various types of corporate investments.
2024 | TRILANTIC
In 2024, Trilantic Europe, a leading European private equity firm with an investment strategy for the energy transition, will acquire 60% of the shares in the AEROCOMPACT Group. 40% of the shares will remain in the ownership of the private foundation of founder Mathias Muther.
